Brooks Smith, President & CEO

An early pioneer of the prepaid platform and point-of-sale activation technology, Brooks Smith has played an instrumental role in the growth and direction of InComm since its inception. Smith is respected by industry leaders for his innovative work in shaping a prepaid product distribution network that connects the industry's leading product providers with many of the world's largest retailers. With more than 20 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing, Smith continues to lead InComm's efforts to transform the shopping experience for retailers, brands and consumers. Under Smith's guidance, InComm has established valuable relationships with retail leaders including Walmart, Target, Best Buy and 7-Eleven, as well as many of the nation's top brands such as iTunes, Virgin, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Smith majored in business administration at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.

Phil Graves, Executive Vice President

Phil Graves has helped guide the development of new business opportunities for InComm since joining the company in 1997. With a focus on new technologies and operational oversight, Graves plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with InComm’s key customers and partners. His ability to identify and successfully manage next-generation programs has been instrumental in establishing InComm’s industry-leading suite of products and services. Graves attended Florida State University, where he majored in business administration and psychology.

Michael D. Gruenhut, General Counsel

Since joining the company in 1999, Gruenhut has served as InComm's General Counsel. In this role, he is responsible for all legal functions of InComm and its affiliates, including commercial transactions, corporate compliance, operations and regulatory, intellectual property and management of outside counsel. Before joining InComm, Gruenhut represented both publicly and privately held businesses in Atlanta with the law firm of Spix, Krupp & Reece, where his practice areas included general corporate, contract, franchise, trademark and real estate law, as well as general civil and criminal litigation. He is a graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.
