Larry Belmonte
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Larry Belmonte joined InComm Payments in 2019, serving as SVP of Strategy and Development under Stefan Happ prior to being named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Belmonte provides forward-thinking financial strategy and experience in his role as CFO, overseeing the company’s capital structure and managing all finance activities including accounting, treasury, tax, planning and financial analytics. He brings to InComm Payments nearly three decades of experience helping companies increase efficiency through improving their organizational structure, streamlining, and automating processes and leveraging technology.
Mr. Belmonte earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Pace University and his master’s in business administration from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Paul Berthelson
SVP, Business Operations
Paul Berthelson joined InComm Payments in 2018, bringing over 25 years of operations experience. In his role as SVP of Business Operations, he leads client and product implementations, oversees testing for financial services and healthcare, manages merchant and consumer escalations, retail network and additional business operations. Since joining the company, Mr. Berthelson has led automation efforts, overseen the growth of the healthcare merchant network, and helped establish an organizational structure rich with diverse talent and a collaborative culture.

Joseph Donato
SVP, InComm Incentives
Joseph Donato, who joined InComm Payments in 2013, brings nearly two decades of industry experience to his role as SVP of InComm InCentives. Mr Donato is responsible for the current performance and future trajectory of the InCentives business, including the account management, operations, product management, data science, and project management teams as well as onboarding and customer management. In his time with the company, he has overseen significant organic growth in revenue and customer count, developed new and strategic sales accounts, helped integrate customers, business and technologies during multiple acquisitions, and assisted with the launch of the third-generation Alder API for the B2B and the digital marketplace.

Dave Etling
SVP and GM, InComm Healthcare
Dave Etling brings over 20 years of experience to his role as SVP and GM of InComm Healthcare, having first joined InComm Payments in 2002. He is responsible for managing business development, strategy, product development, sales, account management, production, operations, contract negotiations and client onboarding. In his time at InComm Payments, Mr. Etling has helped guide cross-functional collaboration, led acquisitions and growth in the digital distribution business, trailblazed the company’s award-winning Alder API, and led the launch of the healthcare products that brought value to payment providers.

Anne Gillman
SVP, Gift Card and Digital Content
Anne Gillman, who joined InComm Payments in 2006, brings more than two decades of experience to the executive team spearheading business development, relationship management and product development organizations. In her role as SVP of Gift Card and Digital Content, she works diligently with the company’s gift card partners to guide their strategic growth goals and brand presence throughout InComm Payments’ vast distribution network. During her tenure at InComm Payments, Ms. Gillman has curated a best-in-class, robust and compelling gift card category; established successful relationships with thousands of global and local brands; and led new and innovative initiatives in response to the digital transformation.

Stephanie Granato
EVP, Treasury
Since joining InComm Payments in 2009, Stephanie Granato has led the company’s treasury and shared services. With decades of treasury experience, she has overseen InComm Payments’ capital structure and helped grow the company’s purchasing department and functions, travel programs, purchasing card programs, and treasury management systems and solutions. Ms. Granato is responsible for the continued execution, process improvement and automation of treasury and shared services, which includes procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.

Michael Gruenhut
General Counsel
Michael Gruenhut has served as InComm Payments’ General Counsel since joining the company in May of 1999. He is responsible for all legal functions of InComm Payments and its affiliates, including commercial transactions, corporate compliance, operations and regulatory, intellectual property and management of outside counsel.
Before joining InComm Payments, Mr. Gruenhut represented both publicly and privately held businesses in Atlanta with the law firm of Spix, Krupp & Reece, P.C. He is a graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.

Amy Hamilton
SVP, Human Resources
Amy Hamilton joined InComm Payments in 2015, bringing over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and FinTech to the organization. She oversees the company’s people strategy and function by supporting and aligning employee success with business results.

Stefan Happ
President
Stefan Happ joined InComm Payments in 2018 as President to lead the company’s sales and account management teams in providing best-in-class payment technologies, products and services to a growing list of clients. With his experience overseeing prepaid-focused initiatives during his 20-year career, he has guided InComm Payments in strengthening its position as a global leader in payments and payment technology.
Mr. Happ received a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from University College London and a master’s in business from Lancaster University.

Mark Holt
EVP, Chief Information Officer
Mark Holt joined InComm Payments in 2018, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in IT leadership. In his role as Chief Information Officer, he oversees InComm Payments’ IT organization in the U.S. and abroad, focusing on enhancing the company’s payment technologies to align with business demands. Throughout his career, Mr. Holt has combined his leadership skills with deep technical expertise to oversee the execution of large-scale technology projects and enterprise-wide programs.
Mr. Holt currently sits on the Board of Advisors for two local startups, Function AI and Fractional Networks, Inc. Prior to graduating from Clayton State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and computer information systems and design, he served eight years in the U.S. Army, earning the rank of sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division.

Nicole Ibbotson
SVP, General Counsel
Nicole Ibbotson, who was named one of WWA’s 2021 Top 100 Women Leaders in Finance and Paybefore’s 2015 Top Ten Women in Payments, joined the company in 2011. With almost twenty years of experience counseling financial institutions, payment companies and technology businesses on legal, compliance, privacy, data security and government affairs matters, she leads InComm Payments’ Global Privacy team responsible for privacy, data governance and cybersecurity initiatives in her role as Chief Privacy Officer. Across the enterprise, Ms. Ibbotson’s team helps implement policies and practices addressing worldwide privacy and cybersecurity requirements from GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS, GLBA, HIPAA and others, as well as advises on data minimization, big data utilization and artificial intelligence solutions. She also leads a legal team responsible for handling contractual, regulatory compliance and government affairs for InComm Payments’ worldwide financial services activities, including debit, prepaid, bill payment, mobile payments, gaming, lottery and cryptocurrency initiatives.

Dan Kahrs
Chief Operating Officer
Joining InComm Payments in 2003, Dan Kahrs has over 25 years of operations management experience. As Chief Operating Officer, he manages the day-to-day operations of the company’s supply chain, customer service, merchant services, human resources and fraud support as well as oversees the company’s real estate activities and facilities, both domestically and internationally. Since joining the company, he has successfully scaled the company’s operations during years of tremendous growth and served as the operations lead on the transition team for integrating the numerous acquisitions completed by the company.
Mr. Kahrs graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, receiving a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting.

Ryan Lewis
SVP & GC, Litigation
Ryan Lewis, who has over 15 years of experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, joined InComm Payments in 2013. In his role as SVP and General Counsel, Litigation, he manages InComm Payments’ litigation matters, as well as the company’s global trademark portfolio.

Julia Norris
SVP, Deputy General Counsel
Julia Norris has been with InComm Payments for 15 years, and currently serves as Deputy General Counsel. She leads a legal team that oversees the company’s global gift card, content, retailer, incentives, healthcare and other divisions. In her career at InComm Payments, Ms. Norris has helped build a 20-person legal team, researched and integrated new electronic systems designed to improve efficiency within the legal department, advocated for change to various legislation impacting InComm Payments and the industry, and served on multiple committees, including the company’s pandemic incident response team.

Brian Parlotto
Executive Vice President
Brian Parlotto has served in many capacities at InComm Payments since joining the company in 2004, including international expansion, business development, and sales and account management. He has also leveraged his experience with startups to champion many firsts in prepaid digital content, such as the acquisition of digital gift card provider Giftango, now InComm InCentives.
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Parlotto leads various product teams – including gift cards, digital content, wireless and healthcare – while overseeing corporate and event marketing as well as InComm Healthcare and InComm InCentives. Mr. Parlotto currently sits on the Advisory Board for Camp Southern Ground.

Brooks Smith
Chief Executive Officer
Since founding InComm Payments in 1992, Brooks Smith has continued to be a pioneer of prepaid products and payment technology. Under his leadership, what started as a company focused on using technology to support the sale of long-distance phone cards has grown to be a leader in the FinTech industry. Mr. Smith has more than 20 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing. He is respected by industry leaders for his innovative work in shaping a prepaid product distribution network and was named Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007.
As CEO, Mr. Smith spearheads all efforts to connect the industry’s leading brands with many of the world’s largest retailers. He has established valuable relationships with leading retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, CVS and 7-Eleven in addition to global product brands like Apple, Sony, Google, Amazon, Starbucks, AT&T and Verizon.

Joshua Stoddart
Chief Technology Officer
Joshua Stoddart is a seasoned technology executive, bringing his 23 years of hands-on experience to InComm Payments in 2018. In his role as Chief Technology Officer, he drives innovation and transformation on a global scale at the helm of a world-class technology and infrastructure organization. Dedicated to fortifying InComm Payment’s technological backbone, Mr. Stoddart is responsible for ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to ever-evolving business and market demands.
Mr. Stoddart graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in management information systems. He has sought to blaze trails as a CTO, continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and ensuring his organization remains a driving force in the tech-driven landscape.

Lakshmi Vitthanala
Chief Development Officer (CDO)
Lakshmi Vitthanala, who has over 25 years of experience working in technology, joined InComm Payments in 2005. In her position as Chief Development Officer (CDO), she is responsible for leading technology teams, executing go-to-market strategies, collaborating across functions to achieve company goals, ensuring operational excellence and creating programs to enrich employees. In her career at InComm Payments, Ms. Vitthanala has helped streamline numerous merchant and product integrations, ensuring on-time delivery of products and features; overseen the transformation of the financial services portfolio during periods of significant growth; and partnered with product and business teams to prepare for growth in the incentives and healthcare space. Ms. Vitthanala is passionate about employee engagement, nurturing next generation leaders, and empowering female employees to succeed.

Chanda Wicker
SVP, Global Card Production Services
Chanda Wicker has been with InComm Payments since 2004, leading the Global Production Services team with over 35 years of industry experience. She is responsible for managing all facets of the card production process, from concept and custom design to card manufacturing, giftable packaging, and execution, including product functionality. In her time at InComm Payments, Ms. Wicker has driven innovative practices that influenced the gift card industry via multiple patents, development of strong processes, and a focus on form and function culminating in over one billion cards and gift packaging distributed globally per year.
