We recently set out to learn about Medicare and Medicaid members. Those results, available here for Medicare and here for Medicaid, included some interesting findings regarding member experiences and expectations with supplemental benefits and incentives programs.

To further unpack those results, Dave Etling, SVP and GM of InComm Healthcare, joined the PaymentsJournal Podcast, where he discussed what we learned about plan members and how Medicare plans can leverage this knowledge to meet their members’ needs.
