Convenient Plan Member Services
Members can shop in-store at 68,000 retail stores, online, over the phone, or via mail order form using the OTC card. Our user-friendly web portal and mobile app, My Benefits Center, make it easy to check card balance(s), find participating retailers using a store locator, review frequently asked questions (FAQs), and determine product eligibility. Members with hearing impairments can also reach us through TTY services.
