Small Business: All small businesses must meet the size standards set by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Diverse Supplier: A diverse firm must be 51% owned by an individual or group historically underrepresented/underserved including minorities (African American, Hispanic American, Asian Pacific Islander, Native-American), women, veterans, the disabled and the LGBTQ community.
